The venue has high standard rooms with the large Jacuzzi, tea included and very very helpful and really helpful stuff. Overall cheap food, plus there is Hype Bar close by.

The staff here were very polite and the location on top of a hill was fantastic, with units featuring a large jacuzzi, satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe.

The staff was very supportive. the location was absolutely perfect, close to the airport Zhuljany. - the hotel was adjacent to the city center, public transport, and a hill. - Friends & Lovers restaurant, located close by, was a great spot for dinner.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, being very close to the University metro station and near to everything, including restaurants. Secondly, the staff were wonderful, providing excellent service and being very helpful with any inquiries. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, including air conditioning, and had all the facilities one could need.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The rooms at Incognito Boutique Hotel are cozy and comfortable, with full-sized windows that let in natural light. As a backpacker, I really enjoyed the classic-style rooms with their fridge, TV, and satellite channels. The private bathroom was also a plus, equipped with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi throughout the property were definitely a bonus for me.
Personally, I didn't find the electric kettle in the room very useful, but others might appreciate it.
